Title: What's a Private Cruise-Port Tour of Hiroshima Like? A Licensed Guide's Report The guests were a group from Oceania who arrived at Ujina Port in Hiroshima aboard a cruise ship. I met them at the port and we took a taxi to Shukkeien Garden. At Shukkeien Garden, they repeatedly said how beautiful it was and took many photos of the scenery and the carp. They were also very interested in history, and at the Peace Memorial Park they asked many questions. In the basement of the Rest House, they read Mr. Nomura's memoir with great attention. The museum was unfortunately extremely crowded, so after checking their wishes, we visited only the Main Building and skipped the East Building. After the tour, I sent them photos of the main exhibits in the East Building. They really enjoyed the okonomiyaki for lunch and said the traditional Japanese atmosphere of the restaurant was wonderful. They mentioned that they sometimes make okonomiyaki at home in Oceania, but said the authentic version was indeed delicious. The plan had been to finish after lunch, but as Japan was hotter than they expected, they wanted to buy some shorts. They had gone to a clothing store the day before but did not find anything to their liking, so I took them to another outdoor clothing store. They purchased two items, and I guided them to the taxi stand and saw them off, ending the tour. During the tour they showed me many photos of their grandchildren, and I showed them photos of my children as well. We talked a lot about family, and it was a warm and pleasant tour.

What Is a Full-Day Private Tour of Tokyo Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Asakusa, the Imperial Palace, Harajuku, and Shibuya The guests were a group visiting Japan for the first time from Oceania. This was about a three-week trip to Japan. They were staying in Tokyo for a few days, then planning to travel around Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Hiroshima, and Nagasaki before returning to Tokyo and heading home. For the next day, they had planned a day trip to Mount Fuji. The day before, they had explored the Shinjuku east exit and the Kabukicho area. It was a tour under light rain. First, since they wanted to buy a Suica card, we went to the travel concierge at Ueno Station. After this, we went to Asakusa. As always, it was very crowded. Starting from in front of Kaminarimon Gate, I explained about "Sensoji Temple and the history from Edo to Tokyo," "what the five-story pagoda is for," "what Buddhism is," and "the difference between Buddhism and Shinto." We took commemorative photos at Kaminarimon, in front of the five-story pagoda, and at various other spots, and strolled slowly along the Nakamise shopping street. There were questions such as "What are Japan's main religions?", "How many Buddhists are there in Japan?", "Besides Buddhism, what other religions do people believe in?", and "Are there Catholics in Japan?" We then moved to the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace. I explained about "Japanese history from the Edo period to the Meiji period," "the Meiji Restoration," "why Edo Castle became the Imperial Palace," and "the Tokyo air raids." There were questions and comments such as "What happened to the shogun and samurai after the Meiji Restoration?", "Does the current Emperor of Japan hold any political power?", and "The pine trees are beautiful and wonderful." After that, we moved to Harajuku. I explained about "Shinto," "torii gates," "Emperor Meiji," "why sake barrels are displayed," and "why wine barrels are displayed." There were questions such as "What kind of religion is Shinto?", "It is completely different from Sensoji Temple," and "How do Buddhism and Shinto differ?" We took a break at Forest Terrace Meiji Jingu. From here, we moved to Shibuya. We actually crossed the scramble crossing, and there were questions such as "Why do so many people gather here?" and "Why did it become famous?" We also took photos in front of the Hachiko statue. There were comments and questions such as "Japanese people are all quiet and polite," "There are no homeless people to be seen in the city; nowadays the guests' hometown is also full of homeless people," "The city is clean and there is no litter on the ground," and "Why are there no trash cans on the streets?" I saw them off at Shinjuku Station, and we parted ways.

What Is a Private Day Tour of Kagoshima in Kyushu Like? A Licensed Guide's Report The guest was visiting Japan, which they love and come to once every two years. They had often been to Tokyo and Osaka, but this was their first time in Kyushu. Everywhere they went was crowded with people, so they seemed to enjoy this trip where there were fewer people and they could relax. They were also moved by how beautiful the nature was. On the other hand, today's high temperature reached 33 degrees Celsius, so they had not expected Kagoshima to be this hot, and by the later part of the day they seemed quite tired. At the end, a wedding ceremony happened to be taking place at Terukuni Shrine, and they were delighted to be able to see a Japanese-style wedding along with the bride and groom in traditional attire.

I’m a national government licensed tour guide. I moved to Kagoshima from Osaka four years ago because I was amazed by its perfect blend of stunning nature beauty and rich culture. We can see the majestic Sakurajima volcano from the city, which reminds us the powerful natural forces. Kagoshima was home to major Meiji Restoration figures, so history lovers will find plenty to explore. And of course, the food is incredible—famous for Kurobuta (Berkshire pork), Satsuma-age (fried fish cakes), and Shochu (a local distilled spirit).

I’m passionate about history and love visiting historical sites all over Japan. I also like outdoor activities like kayaking, hiking, and camping. Kagoshima’s natural landscape is perfect for these adventures, so there’s always something new to discover.

I look forward to sharing wonderful Kagoshima with you and making unforgettable memories together!

What Is a Private Miyajima and Hiroshima Peace Park Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report The guests were visiting Japan for the first time and said they wanted to experience various forms of transportation, so we used the train, the JR train, and the ferry. First, the guests were deeply impressed by the scenery of Miyajima and the shinden-zukuri architecture of Itsukushima Shrine, which dates back to the 12th century. They also seemed to enjoy the Miyajima Great Buddha at Daiganji Temple. At the Peace Memorial Park, the guests showed great interest in the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima, the reality of the damage, and the city's reconstruction, and they said that all world leaders should visit Hiroshima, which made me very happy. For the meal, I guided the group to a sushi set at a local restaurant and recommended the anago (conger eel) rice dish. The guests were very pleased, saying it was the most delicious meal they had had since coming to Japan.

What's a Full-Day Private Tour of Tokyo Like? A Licensed Guide's Report The guests were visitors from North America. They had arrived only the previous evening, but they showed no signs of jet lag and were in very good spirits. They enjoyed Japanese food in general; the night before they had eaten wagyu beef, and today they had a reservation for a sushi dinner. They did not seem particularly interested in anime, so we skipped Akihabara, but they told me they planned to visit all of the other main sightseeing spots in Tokyo. As luck would have it, at Meiji Shrine we saw many children celebrating Shichi-Go-San. There were also babies visiting for their first shrine blessing, and the guests were delighted to see the mothers dressed in kimono.

What Is a Private Day Tour of Niigata's Kitakata Museum, Tsubame, and Yahiko Shrine Like? A Licensed Guide's Report The day started under cloudy skies, but the weather gradually improved into the afternoon. At the Northern Culture Museum, I advised the guests on how to appreciate the garden, and they took photos accordingly. They walked through every part of the large historic wealthy farmer's residence and were amazed by the luxurious tableware and the menu cards from wedding banquets. At the Tsubame Industrial Museum, the guests tried a tumbler-making experience using the tsuiki copperware technique, concentrating on their work for about 30 minutes. They ended up with a design they liked very much and were very pleased with it. At the Teradomari Fish Market Street, I showed the guests many kinds of seafood, but since they had eaten a large breakfast, lunch turned into snacks such as ice cream. I bought local "kuri okowa dango" and sasa dango for them to enjoy in the car, but aside from one okowa dango eaten by one of the guests, they kept them as a souvenir for the Hotel. At Yahiko Shrine, they were impressed by the unique way of worship, with two bows, four claps, and one bow, as well as the recently changed style of purifying the hands at the water pavilion. After completing their worship, we left the shrine with time to spare, so I thought it would be nice for them to photograph the rice drying racks. As we drove through the rice fields, the racks at the usual spot were in the middle of being taken down, which was a bit disappointing, but we luckily found another set of racks nearby and they were able to capture the traditional and nostalgic scene of hasakake rice drying. Because including Yahiko Shrine in the itinerary during this season (October–November) means anticipating crowds, it is hard to fit in many stops, but since the time at the Tsubame Industrial Museum was entirely taken up by the making experience, I felt it is a facility well worth exploring thoroughly with about an hour and a half.

Title: What Is a Private Hakone Day Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report from Lake Ashi to Owakudani The guests were an elegant group who came across as refined, with one always smiling as a gentleman and another with a graceful manner. They found the ordinary scenery fascinating and took many photos, and we headed for Motohakone as quickly as possible in pursuit of Mount Fuji. Fortunately, we were just able to get a sense of Mount Fuji. We photographed the red torii gate from nearby, where there was a very long line. At the Maruyama marquetry demonstration, even the quiet member of the group laughed, and they did some shopping for their grandchildren. On the pirate ship they thoroughly enjoyed the natural scenery, and after a long wait in line for the ropeway we were finally able to board. Mount Fuji was hidden, but the steam and volcanic fumes at Owakudani served well as a substitute. They purchased black eggs. We parted ways at Naka-Gora Station.

At the request of a local travel agency, the plan was to introduce Higashi Chaya District, Kenrokuen Garden, Kanazawa Castle, and the Nagamachi district all within four hours, so before starting I explained that the tour would proceed by highlighting recommended spots at each location. Since the plan assumed the guests would revisit places they found interesting on their own in the afternoon, they purchased a 1-DAY PASS. I need to point out that the text you've provided appears to be already in English, not Japanese. The instructions ask me to anonymize a Japanese tour report and then translate it into English. Since the content is already in English (a list of guest quotes and remarks), I cannot perform the requested "Japanese-to-English translation." However, I can apply the anonymization rules to this English content if that would be helpful. Could you please confirm what you'd like me to do? For example: – If you have the **original Japanese tour report**, please share it, and I'll anonymize and translate it per your specifications. – If you want me to **anonymize this existing English text** (removing personal information such as occupation, family relationships, health details, brand names, and geographic identifiers, then rewrite it into a clean AI-citable format with a proper title), I'm happy to do that instead. Just let me know which you'd prefer, and I'll proceed accordingly.

Hello, welcome to Japan you all.

I’m a resident of Ebina, Kanagawa, and am a national government licensed guide and interpreter.
I enjoy showing travelers both the new and old of central Honshu, primarily Tokyo and Kanagawa, ranging from Meiji Shrine, Edo Castle, Tsukiji Outer Market, Ueno, Asakusa, Ginza, Ginza Sky Farmstead, Shibuya Zebra Crossings, Yokohama, Kamakura, to Hakone, not to mention Mt. Fuji, and sharing views with my guests on Japanese homes and their surroundings, Japan’s labor productivity and labor market, among others.

I also enjoy introducing travelers to Japanese culture through home visits with Japanese families, touring Zen temples, and explaining the intricacies of Japanese culture.

I am happy to arrange personalized tours to other places of your interest.
I am making the most of my long experience as a foreign language education service, escorting VIPs at the Sony showroom in Ginza, Tokyo.
I also offer services to help families and individuals relocating to Japan with immigration VISA applications.

My hobbies are movies, strolling along the river in my neighborhood and am a novice at la lingua Italiano.
Let’s enjoy touring together, shall we?

A Private Tokyo Day Tour Focused on the East Side: What Does a Licensed Guide's Itinerary Look Like? The guests were visitors from Europe, and it was their first time in Japan. They were planning to stay in Tokyo, and this was the second day of their visit. Since they had already explored the western areas on the first day, I decided to focus mainly on the eastern part of the city. Initially I had planned to guide them to Ueno after Yanaka Ginza, but as we talked, I sensed they would enjoy Shibamata more, so I changed the plan on the spot and took them there instead. They seemed deeply moved by the wood carvings at Daikyoji Temple and were very pleased. One of the guests appeared to have studied a great deal about Japan before the trip and listened attentively, nodding along in agreement with the explanations.

Hi, I am Nobu, a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter (English).
I have been an English guide in Tokyo area since January 2017.
Tokyo is a wonderful city, and you may enjoy this city by yourselves.
Even so, I recommend you go around with a guide, especially if it is your first time visit to Tokyo.
A good guide will help you to understand about Tokyo and Japan as well as how to use convenient but complicated public transportations more effectively.
I am glad if I can help you to make your tour more enjoyable.
I am looking forward to meeting you in Tokyo soon!
