Osaka Customized Half-Day Tour with Licensed Local Guide
We spent half a day with Sachiko Ogura seeing the Osaka castle, the garden on 16th floor, Sumiyoshi Taisha shrine and Dotonbori. Sachiko was on time (in fact, early:-) and well prepared (we have communicated in advance) and gave us an excellent tour.
She can be highly recommended!

Great tour! Great guide!
Sachi was a great guide. She customized our tour for us and even made a last minute adjustment due to the rain and switched us to an indoor activity to visit the Japanese museum of living which was gave us a very nice insight on how the Japanese lived way back when. She’s very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had. She also went out of her way to make sure our kids also enjoyed the tour. What really impressed me was that she never sat down or rested during the whole tour. Even on the train, she didn’t sit down!

Mr Akey showed me an amazing time in Hakone. He planned out a very detailed itinerary based completely on my interests. The hot spring onsen was just what I needed to relax after long travel and a day of walking around the day before. I was hesitant to do the ropeway due to my fear of heights, but am so glad I went. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and I was lucky enough to have a clear enough day to get some incredible views of Mt Fuji. Highly recommend.

You can tailor make this to anything you want and the guide delivered exactly what we asked for, along with some extras and very good commentary to explain it all. Only thing is be prepared to travel on subway which can take some time, so make sure what you want to see is geographically close to maximise your sight-seeing.

Excellent
Andy(Atsushi) was great and communicated with us beforehand about our itinerary. He was flexible with changes we requested. Andy was very informative during the tour. He also was willing to take our family’s pictures. We were able to stop and check out shops as we pleased along the way. He also accommodated lunch requests(as our daughter has food allergies).
One thing I wish we realized was that there is quite a bit of walking. We were fine but for people who are perhaps older or with young children you may want to consider taking a cab between different sites.

Kazu helped us arrange the best day with our short time in Kyoto. He brought us to some “hidden gems” and gave us thorough explanations on history and culture.

My daughter and I had an amazing time on our tour with Kazu! He catered our tour to exactly what we wanted and took the best photos of us for our memories. We loved the bamboo forest and the surrounding town. He was able to give us all the history of Kyoto as well as showing us how to use the train station. I highly recommend taking a private tour with Kazu! You will not be disappointed. Very sweet respectful human being! Wish we had more time with him!

We had an amazing experience with Kazu and our driver. Both Kazu and our driver were already at our hotel when we made our way down to the lobby 15 minutes early. Kazu provided us with historical tidbits about the locations PLUS his own personal experiences as an actual resident of Kyoto. It was incredibly hot and humid, but Kazu made sure we were comfortable the entire time. By the end of the 6 hour guide, my daughter was experiencing heat exhaustion, so Kazu catered the last 60 minutes of our guide to be inside the van. Visiting locations is one thing but to have the knowledge of the area you experiencing is another and as a family we received that with out tour with Kazu. We highly recommend!

The most memorable parts of our trip was when we saw the many different historical shrines and temples of kyoto. We saw specifically the Kinkakuji Golden Pavillion which was truly spectacular in its unique design of gold and the Fushimi Inari shrine with many torii gates that were placed in sequence. All have left us in awe.

Our guide Chiyuki was the best part of the trip. Super earnest, so generous with her knowledge of the history and culture. The tour had a lot to cover, from the sake making area to the Kobe Herb Garden Ropeway on the opposite side of the city, all in one afternoon. Miles to cover but never once did we feel rushed. We had lovely conversations along the way and tons of pictures to take home. Last but not least, when we requested for her recommendations of Kobe beef places, she pointed us to a top notch Kobe Beef Teppanyaki option – while prudently ensuring it was a value for money experience. You are the best Chiyuki – grateful for your hospitality and gracious hosting.

We had such a lovely time with our guide, Yumi. We wanted to visit places that showed us

Yumi is an outstanding guide. She greatly assisted in guiding us in our choices of areas Tokyo to tour based on our likes. Yumi gave us a wealth of information on Japanese history and culture specific to the areas we toured. She met us in the lobby of our Tokyo hotel and guided us with travel using the Tokyo train and subway. We choose to see the Rikugien garden, the Asakusa area of Tokyo and the Sensoji Temple. The Japanese Tea ceremony was beautiful, calming and informative. Yumi helped us arrange to add wearing Kimonos for this experience. She graciously took our photos throughout this tour. She is such a lovely lady. We highly recommend this tour and have high praises for Yumi.

Keiko met us at our hotel for a 9am start. We found her very friendly and her English was excellent. During the course of the tour her knowledge of The events of Hiroshima before and after the bombing was of great benefit to us. Unforgettable and emotionally moving tour of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, A-Bomb site, underground basement of a survivor of the bombing, and Shukkeien Gardens. Our tour guide, Kay (Keiko) made the tour special. From the time I booked the tour (four months prior), she was in contact with me ensuring our needs were accommodated and working with us on tour itinerary. She even checked for information on how we could get tickets to the Hiroshima Carp game. During the tour, she gave us important information surrounding the history, people, and road to recovery. Kay went above and beyond what most tour guides would do. Also, her English and comprehension was excellent! Highly recommend you ask for Kay.

ガイドのKeiko（ケイ）さんは本当に素晴らしかったです。細かいところまで気を配ってくれて、短い時間の中でできる限り多くの場所を案内してくれました。
ツアーは英語で行われましたが、彼女の説明はとても丁寧で、スペイン語しか話さない家族にも私たちが通訳して伝えることができました。
