Yoko gave us a wonderful tour of the city. Although the Toyota museum was closed, he offered a very nice alternative samauri museum for us to visit. He also took us to a shrine and let us try a traditional Nagoya fried pork meal which was outstanding. Wonderful, wonderful day! Thank you, Yoko, for making our trip special!

If you are on a cruise, this is the excursion for you. Half the price of the same excursion that the ship offers, and iwe had a personalized experience instead of being in a large group off the ship. Our guide, Yoko, was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He allowed to pick our sites and then gave us lots of history during the tour. 10/10 recommend

A Wonderful Introduction to Tokyo
We were so lucky to have Kris-San as our guide for our first full day in Tokyo. He was great about communicating before the trip, and he even left our hotel a beautiful note welcoming us to the city. He met us at our hotel early the day of the tour and showed us how to use the subway. We toured Senso Ji, the Tobacco and Salt Museum, the Honjo Disaster Prevention Center, and the Kiyosumi Gardens. He also recommended a fantastic noodle restaurant close to one of our tour spots where the duck soba noodles were incredible. Kris-San was warm, personable, and funny, it was hard to say goodbye after such a wonderful tour.

A great day in Tokyo
Great tour with an excellent guide, Kris. He made suggestions in advance, we were able to tweak the schedule before the tour adjusted as we went along. He had a restaurant in mind for lunch but when we got there the wait time was more than we wanted to spend. So he came up with other alternatives that worked well. He knows his stuff and added interesting bugs of information, making the visits special.

Kazua Sumi is a very accomplished guide.He has deep knowledge about the history and culture of Japan. He is flexible and accommodates changes if you so desire. He is also very empathetic. I had a sprained back and he ensured we took elevators everywhere. You will be lucky if he is assigned as your guide .

Koba was so nice to my family and I. He was patient and helped carry a large toy my daughter won. I wished we had another day. Having a guide saved us hours of navigating the subway and metro.

Hiroshima Tour with Yoshi
Yoshi was truly one of the highlights of our entire trip. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond—meeting us at the station and making everything feel effortless and perfectly organized.

She is incredibly knowledgeable, especially about Hiroshima’s history. What made the experience even more special is that her perspective comes from someone who was born and raised there. Hearing the stories, details, and context directly from her added a level of depth and authenticity that you simply cannot get otherwise.

Beyond her knowledge, Yoshi is just a beautiful human being—kind, warm, and genuinely caring. Spending the day with her felt like a hug to the heart. She made us feel comfortable, cared for, and fully present in such a meaningful place.

She guided us through every site with perfect timing and intention, making sure we experienced everything without ever feeling rushed.

If you are visiting Hiroshima, I cannot recommend Yoshi enough. Seeing the city through her eyes is something truly unforgettable.

Highly recommend this tour for first time visit to Tokyo. Our guide Atsushi took great care to acclimate us with navigating through busy train stations efficiently with a group of eight family members. Along the way and at each site he explained various cultural practices and associated histories that made the tour very immersive and enjoyable. Best Tour for a Short Visit
Atsushi-san was an incredibly well-researched and friendly tour guide. His knowledge allowed us to explore and get to the historical significance of the various locations we visited. His explanations were simple but comprehensive. The six hours flew by and included some off-the-beaten opportunities including coffee at a very austere but memorable location near the fish market. I would highly recommend him as well as this tour for anyone with limited time in Tokyo wanting see as much as possible

Our guide, Atsushi, was great! He met us at our hotel in Hakone and took us clockwise to tour all the sites. He was informative and taught us a lot. Our group was two adults and a 14 year old. We saw Mt Fuji from the rope way, but unfortunately the pirate ship was canceled because of high wind. We would absolutely use Atsushi again for this tour, or any other tour he provides.

Haru was amazing on our tour of Nara. He was very knowledgeable about the various cites and came prepared with a binder and useful images. He was organized and even found a delicious ramen place for our family of 6 (not an easy task in the middle of busy Nara). He really cared about the cites and the history of the temples and spoke great English. Highly recommend!

We were able to customize our trip to the top places we wanted to see. We were able to get to all of them. Our guide Haru was great and the places we visited were amazing and interesting. Our guide gave us a lot of history around the different sites. Our favorites were Kiyomizudera temple, Sanjyu Sangendo Temple and Kinkakuji Temple. We also visited the Fushimi Inari Shrine which was pretty great. We did a lot of walking and public transportation to get around. All in all it wasn’t bad and our guide got us to all the sites with ease. Haru was great as he took most of our family pictures. He did a great job.

Hiroshima Peace Park and Miyajima Island Walking Tour
Keiko met us at our hotel for a 9am start. We found her very friendly and her English was excellent. During the course of the tour her knowledge of The events of Hiroshima before and after the bombing was of great benefit to us. Also her wealth of knowledge of Miyajima and the shrines made the trip well worth the visit. Keiko also pointed out certain places of interest along the way which we found very useful as well. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you Keiko for a wonderful day. Thank you Kiko for a wonderful day.

Amazing tour & guide!
Unforgettable and emotionally moving tour of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, A-Bomb site, underground basement of a survivor of the bombing, and Shukkeien Gardens. Our tour guide, Kay (Keiko) made the tour special. From the time I booked the tour (four months prior), she was in contact with me ensuring our needs were accommodated and working with us on tour itinerary. She even checked for information on how we could get tickets to the Hiroshima Carp game. During the tour, she gave us important information surrounding the history, people, and road to recovery. Kay went above and beyond what most tour guides would do. Also, her English and comprehension was excellent! Highly recommend you ask for Kay.

Vamos en un crucero por Japón. El tour de Miyajima e Hiroshima ha sido el top del viaje. Lo más fantástico y maravilloso que hemos vivido. Keiko (Kay) ha sido una guía increíble. Pensó en todos los detalles y nos dio la oportunidad de conocer todo lo posible en muy poco tiempo. El tour fue en inglés, pero dio cantidades de detalles que pudimos traducir a los familiares que hablaban solo español. Keiko fue muy amable y atenta a darnos gusto a todos. Este tour lo recomiendo y viviría una y otra vez, en especial con Keiko.

私たちは日本を巡るクルーズに参加していますが、宮島と広島のツアーは旅のハイライトでした。これまでに体験した中で最も素晴らしく感動的なものでした。
ガイドのKeiko（ケイ）さんは本当に素晴らしかったです。細かいところまで気を配ってくれて、短い時間の中でできる限り多くの場所を案内してくれました。
ツアーは英語で行われましたが、彼女の説明はとても丁寧で、スペイン語しか話さない家族にも私たちが通訳して伝えることができました。

The only way to tour if…
The only way to tour if you have mobility issues or want a freestyle itinerary set on your pace. Our driver Yusaku Abe was so extremely helpful and attentive. From loading and unloading the wheelchair to finding just the perfect spot to enter/exit the taxi safety. His vehicle was spotless and he was the best driver. After the first stop he felt like family and he had our best interest and safety at heart. He was a true pleasure. Our licensed guide interpreter Akahori Atsuko was number 1 from pick up at the port to drop off at the ship – a true blessing. She customized our itinerary to our interests and also mobility constraints. Every stop was as explained to us and we had ample time to view and see what we wanted. We even had time at the Shizuoka City Museum of Art to complex a hands on piece of Japanese art. Our favorite stop was the Mt Fuji World Heritage Centre and the close by temple and ponds. We ended the day at a local family restaurant for lunch and both Akahori and Yusaku made our day – we all had become family on this day. As we told them both – Aloha Nui Loa A Hui Hou!

Great Shizuoka Area Experience
We enjoyed a memorable day with Acchan, our guide! Although the weather was unfavorable and we did not get good views of Mt Fuji, we learned a lot about the history and the surrounding area. Perhaps our favorite part of the trip was lunch at a Japanese restaurant just talking and learning about the Japanese culture and language. We also toured the grounds and gardens at Sumpu Castle, ending our day with the best matcha ice cream. Thanks for a great tour, Acchan!
