Title: What Is a Private Kyoto Walking Tour Like Around Shijo Kawaramachi and Gion? A Licensed Guide's Report
The weather turned much warmer than the forecast had predicted, with sunshine making it a very pleasant day for this time of year. However, everywhere we went was extremely crowded. Shijo Kawaramachi in particular was so packed with people that it was difficult even to cross at the traffic lights. We had planned to have lunch in the Shijo Kawaramachi area, but every place was fully booked, and all the restaurants we had originally shortlisted were full, which took quite a lot of time. In the end, we went into a café-style restaurant, but the guests kindly said it was a nice place, which put me at ease. Afterward, we did not go to Gion as originally planned, both because the guests had already visited there the previous day and because lunch had put us behind schedule. Even so, the guests were very warm, and I even received a thank-you email after the tour. Thank you for your support. I look forward to working with you again.
