What Is a Private Kamakura and Yokohama Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report

The guests had a connection to Japan from the past, so this became a trip to enjoy both fond memories and the present day. One of the guests mentioned, "I came to Kamakura before, but I've forgotten how I got here." They had a deep understanding of Japan and its people, and their questions covered a wide range of topics. Tour Report by kiyo

I’m happy to show you around Japan. I used to be a traveler myself. And now I’ve got a lot of wonderful memories when I took trips abroad where people were very nice and kind to me. I’m hoping you would have more of such experience while you’re staying here. And I’d be so honored to be a part of your pleasant memories here in this country.
Tokyo is the city I’m from. You can imagine Tokyo bristling with skyscrapers fully equipped with cutting edge conveniences. The capital’s charm is not only this kind of futuristic aspect. You might find the city mixed with old and new when you walk around this busy town.
The other day, my guests and I were abruptly entertained with beautiful music played a traditional musical instrument called shamisen at one of Tokyo’s biggest train terminal stations. Our initial idea of finding a place to take a bite had taken away. We just stood there with lots of crowd, listening to the pleasing sound coming from the three-string instruments. After giving a big clap to the musicians for their glamorous performance, we left for a sushi shop where we enjoyed talking about the guitar lesson one of my young guests was taking. I’m looking forward to sharing such pleasant encounter with you here.
One fun part of travel is trying some local food, isn’t it? Mouth-watering dishes are the must-try items not only for travelers but people living in this country. My guests with dietary restrictions have ventured fancy traditional confectionery I’ve been fond of. I usually waste no time trying when it comes to savory foods. When I asked if they liked the sweets at a precinct of the temple, they nodded at me with a big smile. Looking at such happy faces always makes me so glad. I’m waiting to see your happy smile.
