What Is a Private Yamadera Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were retired travelers from Asia. They love traveling and appeared to have visited Japan many times before, seeming very accustomed to travel, and they were a very likable group. On the stone steps going up and down, they graciously gave way to others and were very friendly and considerate. I am confident that they fully enjoyed the overwhelming natural beauty and solemn atmosphere of the mountain temple. It was truly regrettable that part of the group became unwell partway and could not make it to the summit. We finished a little earlier than planned. Even so, it was a wonderful trip.
