[Japan Guide Agency (JGA Inc.)](https://www.j-g-a.org/) guide led a private tour of the Tsukiji Outer Market and Toyosu Market for guests visiting from North America. At Tsukiji, the guests enjoyed sampling various kinds of sushi, and since one of the guests loves cooking, they also enjoyed shopping for tableware. As they had expressed interest in seeing the newly opened Senkyaku Banrai at Toyosu, I took them there, but they seemed a little disappointed by its clearly tourist-oriented setup. So I took them to the third floor of the wholesale market to see the shops catering to professional chefs. They were very pleased and purchased a large number of cooking utensils.
