Title: What's a Full-Day Private Tour of Tokyo Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on the Imperial Palace, Asakusa, Ginza, and Shibuya
The guests were visitors from North America. While I was guiding them at the Imperial Palace, an imperial carriage happened to be in training, which delighted one of the guests who loves horses. In Asakusa, I took them to try monjayaki, and they seemed to enjoy both the taste and the performance of cooking it. Since one of the guests wanted to buy a small sake barrel, I guided them to a small local sake shop. In Ginza, I showed them the Kabukiza Theatre and a department store, and they took particular interest in the kabuki costumes and makeup, examining them closely. In Shibuya, they were deeply moved by Hachiko, which they had seen in a film. At the crossing, when I asked them to count how many people were crossing at that moment, they laughed and said it was impossible to count. The guests had very calm and pleasant personalities. Along the way, I took around 100 photos for them. The weather was fine, and I believe they had an enjoyable time.
