Tour Itinerary
- 09:30 Depart from Hotel
- 10:20 Asakusa, Culture Tourist Information Center, Kaminarimon Gate, Nakamise Shopping Street, Main Hall, Asakusa Shrine, Hoppy Street
- 12:30 Ginza, stroll from the 4-chome intersection to 7-chome
- 13:00 Tsukiji Outer Market, lunch at "Sushizanmai Annex"
- 14:45 Imperial Palace Outer Garden, Nijubashi Bridge, Main Gate, Sakuradamon Gate
- 16:00 Shinjuku Station East Exit, disband
What's a Private Day Tour of Tokyo Like? Asakusa and Tsukiji with a Licensed Guide
The guests were visitors from North America who spoke Spanish with each other. They preferred not to fix a detailed itinerary in advance, wishing instead to decide on the day after discussing options. From the destinations they had requested, we omitted Skytree and carried out the tour according to the planned route. At Senso-ji Temple, they enjoyed experiencing omikuji fortunes, incense, and the purification fountain. In Tsukiji, they preferred a sit-down meal rather than eating while walking. I initially guided them to the food court at Tsukiji Uogashi, but since they wished to pay by credit card rather than cash, we had lunch at "Sushizanmai Annex." After the tour, the guests mentioned that they were meeting a friend in Shinjuku, so I saw them off at the East Exit of Shinjuku Station, which was their meeting point, and concluded the tour.

Our guide, Harry, did an excellent job of showing us around Tokyo. He helped us navigate the train and subway systems. Had an excellent Japanese lunch and stopped at good local shopping venues. Harry also arranged which order we should do things in since I didn’t know how far apart the attractions we wanted to see were from each other. No way we could have navigated on our own, very pleased, highly recommend.
