From there the group visited Tsukiji Outer Market at 9:30, Move, visit Akihabara at 10:30, Move, sightseeing at Senso-ji Temple, shopping, meal at 11:30 and Meiji Shrine, view Shibuya Scramble Crossing at 14:00.
Travel between the sites was by public transport: Shimbashi to Higashi-Ginza by train (178JPY); Tsukiji to Akihabara by train (178JPY); Suehirocho to Senso-ji Temple by train (178JPY); Asakusa to Meiji-jingumae by train (252JPY); Harajuku to Shibuya by train (146JPY). Can You Do a Private Tokyo Day Tour Before a Yokohama Cruise? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were visitors from North America who wanted to see Tokyo before boarding a cruise from Yokohama, so we visited the well-known sights they had requested. Although they had visited Japan before, they said they did not remember it, and they enjoyed shopping at Sensoji Temple. Along the way, they wanted to see a Japanese pharmacy, so we stopped in at a shop near Sensoji Temple to take a look. Since the guests always liked to visit fish markets when traveling abroad, I took them to Tsukiji, where they bought shrimp and enjoyed sampling the food.

Our guide, Kappa-san, modified the typical Hakone tour to accommodate our interests, and is very helpful and knowledgeable. Since the day was very hot (95°F / 35°C) we favored activities that were more shaded or cool, including a walk on a cedar-lined section of the old Tokaido path.

Kappa, our guide met us at the train station and took us all over Kamakura. We saw shrines, the big Buddha, gardens, and the Oceanside! Kappa shared a lot of history about Kamakura, and it was nice to have this background when we were exploring these incredible sites! Highly recommend!
