The tour started at 10:00 at Conrad and ended at 16:00. The day ran to 6 hours from start to finish.
Over the course of the day the route took in Tsukiji Lunch at 10:15, Asakusa at 11:30, Ginza at 13:00 and Meiji Shrine & Harajuku at 14:00.

The guests were a group from North America. Some of the group had visited Japan before, so they wanted to show the others temples, shrines, and modern spots around Tokyo. At Tsukiji, the group enjoyed sampling street food as they walked around.
The group liked Harajuku very much and mentioned that after the tour they wanted to have Jangara ramen and then explore the area again.
They were surprised by how crowded every place was and by how clean the town was.
Since there was not enough time to exchange the Japan Rail Pass, I explained that they should bring their passports so they could exchange it the next day.

Tour of Tokyo- family with older teens
My family had an excellent tour around Tokyo with Rumi as two adults and two older teenagers. Rumi met us at our hotel and dropped us back there afterwards, which was really helpful as we were struggling with Shinjuku station. She was knowledgeable in the fish market and suggested food we might want to try from the best stalls. She showed us a great place for lunch where the kids enjoyed katsu curry. Rumi was very kind at the temple, showing us how to test our luck and providing offerings as well as walking us around the streets to buy souvenirs. She also helped with printing train tickets, checked up on us after an earthquake and sent through photos she had taken, none of which she had to do- she really went above and beyond expectations and made our first day in Japan a day to remember.
