This time, the guests had sent me a proposed itinerary when booking the tour, and since it was well organized and efficient, we followed it almost exactly. It made me realize once again how capable AI has become. They were very friendly, listened carefully to my explanations, and enjoyed taking enthusiastic photos at various spots. As it was an auspicious Sunday on the traditional calendar, at Meiji Shrine they were able to see several brides and grooms as well as children celebrating Shichi-Go-San, which delighted them. On Takeshita Street in Harajuku, they enjoyed strawberry candy and matcha latte. They seemed to really like the vintage clothing shops in Ura-Harajuku, and said they planned to set aside time to come back shopping another day. During our earlier discussions about the itinerary, I had heard that the guests do not eat meat, so for lunch we went to a plant-based bistro in Harajuku. They were happy and found it delicious. They also wished they had more time to shop on Cat Street and at Don Quijote in Shibuya, and said they planned to return there as well. After the tour, they had a reservation for Shibuya Sky, so I guided them to its entrance at the end and concluded the tour.

A notable stop on the tour was Meiji Shrine. Meiji Shrine is a Shinto shrine in Tokyo dedicated to Emperor Meiji and Empress Shoken, completed in 1920. It is surrounded by a vast forest of around 100,000 trees donated from across Japan, creating a peaceful green sanctuary in the heart of the city. The shrine is one of the most visited in Japan, especially during the New Year period, and visitors can often witness traditional ceremonies, seasonal celebrations, and ritual events within its grounds.
