Tokyo Private Walking Tour with a Licensed Guide: What Does a Full-Day Itinerary Look Like?

The weather was not very good, but it did not rain, so the tour proceeded smoothly. Two of the three guests had already set up Mobile Suica, and the other purchased a 24-hour Tokyo Metro pass before we started. When we talked at the hotel, the guests mentioned wanting to visit a capybara cafe, so although it was before opening hours, I showed them the location of the shop on Takeshita Street. At Meiji Shrine, I explained the differences between shrines and temples, and I received a great many questions. At the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace, I explained the varieties of cherry blossoms. There was a variety that bears cherries, which the guests found interesting. For lunch I guided them to a tonkatsu restaurant, which was well received. We then went around Ueno Park and Asakusa, finishing at Senso-ji Temple at 3:00 as planned. Tip received.
