The guests were visitors from North America, and although it was their first visit to Japan, they seemed very accustomed to traveling. Even though it was their arrival day, the tour proceeded in a calm and relaxed atmosphere throughout and went very smoothly.
Regarding the requests received in advance, the following were arranged: • Shopping at Kappabashi Kitchenware Street • Visits to Tokyo Skytree and the Pokémon Center • Lunch on the day
All of these were carried out without any issues, and the guests appeared to be very satisfied.
The weather was excellent on the day, with clear skies that were unusual for this time of year, and the tour progressed very smoothly from start to finish.
The guests were a very pleasant group, and I had a very positive impression of them.

De plus je ne parle pas bien anglais (le guide était anglophone),et malgré cela fut une agréable demi journée ou j’ai eu la réponse a toutes mes questions (merci la technologie).

My visit to Japan was an absolute pleasure, and Tokyo was no exception. I had the pleasure of having Takeshi as our tour guide, and he was simply amazing!
Takeshi contacted me via WhatsApp before the tour to learn about our expectations and any limitations. He not only met all of our requirements, he exceeded them.
He was punctual, patient, and incredibly accommodating. Our group of four had different personalities and physical abilities, yet Takeshi remained upbeat, attentive, and focused on making sure everyone had a wonderful experience throughout the entire eight-hour tour.
He was knowledgeable, informative, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He also went above and beyond in small but meaningful ways. For example, at the end of our tour, he took the initiative to call a taxi for us rather than simply leaving us to arrange transportation on our own as described by the tour. Thanks to his thoughtfulness, we were able to get a taxi at a much lower cost than we would have otherwise.
We are truly grateful to have had Takeshi as our guide and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering this tour. He helped make our Tokyo experience truly memorable!

Takeshi is an outstanding guide whose energetic demeanor and engaging personality make him an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to listen closely to our 11 and 14-year-old children, expertly tailoring the itinerary to capture their specific interests. Our comprehensive tour included Asakusa (Senso-ji Temple), Meiji Jingu Shrine, Tsukiji Outer Market, and Takeshita Street. Throughout the day, Takeshi shared deep insights into Japan’s imperial history, cultural traditions, and modern societal systems. He is incredibly grounded and takes immense pride in his profession. Furthermore, he used our time on the local train system as a practical teaching moment, giving us the confidence to navigate Tokyo independently for the rest of our trip. Most notably, after our son injured his foot the night before, Takeshi went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and seamlessly accommodate his mobility needs. We highly recommend requesting Takeshi specifically for anyone seeking a seamless, enriching, and highly enjoyable tour experience.
