What Can You See on a Private East Tokyo Tour Including Yanaka, Nezu, and Shibamata? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were visitors from Europe. Since they had explored the western area the day before, on this day I guided them mainly around the eastern side of the city.
Unfortunately it rained, and especially in the latter half the wind and rain grew strong, making conditions difficult, but the guests did not seem to mind and enjoyed the tour.
For lunch they had requested ramen, so I took them to a ramen shop on the way from Nezu Shrine to Yanaka Ginza, and they were very pleased.
They also seemed to like the shopping street in Shibamata and Daikyoji Temple (Shibamata Taishakuten), and shared with me that they had a wonderful time.
They enjoyed the cherry blossoms at various spots as well.

Pleasant Intro to Tokyo
Nobu was an experienced and informative guide. It was a great introduction to Tokyo – a busy and vastly interesting city. We learned about Japanese history and toured some of the major sites including the Imperial gardens, a Buddhist temple, a Shinto shrine, and the bustling Shibuya Crossing. Nobu helped us get familiar with the subway system and explained some of Japanese cuisine. We greatly enjoyed our tour and recommend it to others!
