What's a Private Tokyo Tour with Kappabashi Kitchen Street and an Izakaya Lunch Like? A Licensed Guide's Report

The guests visiting from North America requested a visit to Kappabashi Kitchen Street and an izakaya lunch. After viewing the cherry blossoms at Sumida Park in Asakusa, we made our way to Kappabashi Kitchen Street via the Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center and Senso-ji Temple. As one of the guests was studying at a school with the aim of becoming a chef, they carefully examined kitchen knives and purchased several, including some for themselves. For the izakaya experience, we enjoyed the food at a well-known izakaya in Shimbashi, and we also had a lively conversation about New York in the 1980s and topics such as U.S. politics. The guests left a highly positive review, and I believe they were satisfied overall.
