Tour Itinerary in Detail
This private tour of Tokyo began at 10:30, when the guide met the guests at @ Hotel, and finished at 16:30. The day ran to 6 hours from start to finish. It included lunch @ Ueno, stroll through Ueno Park at 12:50.
From there the group visited Asakusa (Sensoji Temple, Asakusa Shrine) at 11:00 and Mitsukoshi, Wako, FANCL at 14:20.

What Is a Private Cherry Blossom Tour of Tokyo Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Asakusa, Ueno, and Ginza
The guests were visitors from North America. It was their first time in Japan, and the main purpose of their trip was to see the cherry blossoms. When they saw the weeping cherry tree at Sensoji Temple, they cheered while taking photos. For lunch they wished to try okonomiyaki, so we ate at a restaurant terrace, which was pleasantly uncrowded. Afterwards, we strolled through Ueno Park. The Somei-Yoshino cherry trees were only about 20–30% in bloom, but they seemed to enjoy the atmosphere of cherry blossom viewing. The guests also wished to purchase Imabari towels, so I took them to a shop in Ginza. The selection was excellent and they were very satisfied.
