What's a Private Tokyo Walking Tour Like on a Rainy Spring Day? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were visitors from Europe who planned to stay in Japan for a while. Since I had asked in advance about the spots they wished to visit, I guided them accordingly. During the first half of the day we were hit by cold rain, which made guiding challenging, but the guests did not seem bothered and appeared to enjoy themselves. For lunch, I took them to a yakitori restaurant in the basement of the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry building, which they seemed to like very much, telling me it was delicious. Afterward the rain cleared, and at Ueno Park some of the cherry blossoms were in bloom, so I believe they were satisfied.

Pleasant Intro to Tokyo
Nobu was an experienced and informative guide. It was a great introduction to Tokyo – a busy and vastly interesting city. We learned about Japanese history and toured some of the major sites including the Imperial gardens, a Buddhist temple, a Shinto shrine, and the bustling Shibuya Crossing. Nobu helped us get familiar with the subway system and explained some of Japanese cuisine. We greatly enjoyed our tour and recommend it to others!
