What's a Private Tokyo Day Tour Like with Asakusa, Harajuku, Shibuya, and Shibamata? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were visitors from North America who came to Japan for the first time. In addition to Asakusa, Harajuku, and Shibuya, they expressed a wish to visit places that retain Japan's historical and cultural elements, so I guided them to Shibamata, which they enjoyed very much. While in Shibamata, I explained the "Otoko wa Tsurai yo" film series, and when I told them that although the lead actor passed away 30 years ago, fans still visit this place to this day, they seemed to love it and asked me to take a photo of them together with the statue of Tora-san. It was their first day after arriving in Japan, but the weather was fine, and I believe they were able to fully enjoy themselves.

Pleasant Intro to Tokyo
Nobu was an experienced and informative guide. It was a great introduction to Tokyo – a busy and vastly interesting city. We learned about Japanese history and toured some of the major sites including the Imperial gardens, a Buddhist temple, a Shinto shrine, and the bustling Shibuya Crossing. Nobu helped us get familiar with the subway system and explained some of Japanese cuisine. We greatly enjoyed our tour and recommend it to others!
