What's a Full-Day Private Tour of Tokyo Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Tsukiji, Asakusa, and Meiji Shrine
The guests had first visited Japan many years ago and were now traveling around the country over an extended period. Since they needed to activate their JR Pass, we first went to the JR Ticket Office at Shinjuku Station to complete the procedure and make reservations. They also wanted to exchange a QR code for Odakyu Line tickets, so we visited the Odakyu Line ticket office to handle that as well. After that, we went to the Tsukiji Outer Market, visited various shops, enjoyed some strawberries, and then moved on to Asakusa. We walked through Kaminarimon and Nakamise, and the guests took photos, saying that the Hozomon gate, the five-story pagoda, and the main hall were beautiful. Since they had enjoyed okonomiyaki before in Hiroshima, they wanted to have it again, so we went to a restaurant where they enjoyed modanyaki and teppanyaki. We passed through Kappabashi and moved on to Meiji Shrine. They seemed very surprised to find it surrounded by such a beautiful forest. As it happened, a spring festival was taking place, and they were delighted to be able to hear a biwa performance. The weather was fine, and I believe they had an enjoyable time.

We had an absolutely wonderful day with Fumiko and Nino. We saw all the sights we wanted to see in Tokyo. Nino was able to move us efficiently through the city dropping of at the various sights and picking us up without waiting! Nino’s vehicle was comfortable and absolutely spotless. Fumiko reach out to us via email and made up an itinerary that was perfect for our time schedule she is a true professional! We highly recommend this tour and you could not find a better guide and driver combination than Fumiko and Nino.

We had a great time on our tour. Our guide, Fumiko, was very good. She contavted us about two weeks before the tour so she could customize the activities. She was incredibly helpful during all of the planning. She met us at our meering poit with a sign that had identified her, which made the start of the tour easy. Thw tour itself was awesome. She gave good insight about all the locations that we visited. I highly recommend her for any tours.

Mrs. fumiko was very kind, calm and lovely person. She give us a introduction before entering to the different places. She also help us to get the suica card and translate at specifics times around the city. We really enjoy the peaceful energy of mrs. fumiko.
