Can You Do a Private Day Trip to Asakusa and Shibamata in Tokyo? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were visiting from Europe. They were very kind and considerate throughout the tour. We first visited Asakusa, where they were surprised by the large number of international visitors. I showed them how to draw an omikuji fortune and how to pray at the shrine, which they enjoyed doing. In Shibamata, I showed them a Tora-san film on a tablet beforehand, and afterward they looked at the statues of Tora-san and Sakura in front of the station with great appreciation. Along the way, they enjoyed some kusa-dango and fully savored the Showa retro atmosphere.

Yuji was an amazing guide. He was able to add so much information about all the sites we chose to see. He was very kind and when we were tired he suggested a stop for coffee. It revived us and we kept going.
I would highly recommend Yuji to any one visiting Tokyo.
