Title: What's a Full-Day Private Tokyo Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Meiji Shrine, Shibuya, and Shinjuku
The guests were visiting Japan for the first time from Europe. They had already stayed in Kyoto and Osaka, and on the morning of this day they arrived in Tokyo from Osaka by Shinkansen. They said they were able to see a beautiful view of Mount Fuji from the train window. At Meiji Shrine, they remarked how wonderful it was that such a place exists in the middle of a big city. On Takeshita Street, they enjoyed seeing the many capsule toy shops and a mini pig café. On Cat Street, they drank craft cola and were delighted by how beautiful it was. They experienced the Shibuya Crossing, and at the Metropolitan Government Building there was a 30-minute wait, but they said it would be good practice for their DisneySea visit the next day, so they waited 30 minutes and enjoyed the view from the observation deck. We then went to Kabukicho in Shinjuku, and they were especially amazed by the atmosphere of Golden Gai. After that, we went to a yakitori restaurant, and they said the yakitori was delicious as well. I believe they enjoyed the tour.

Mrs. fumiko was very kind, calm and lovely person. She give us a introduction before entering to the different places. She also help us to get the suica card and translate at specifics times around the city. We really enjoy the peaceful energy of mrs. fumiko. Fumiko is a great tour guide – informative, friendly and very well prepared.
Fumiko was a great tour guide given she was very knowledgeable about the key tourist sites that we visited and history of Japan. Fumiko was a great communicator who reached out very early to design our six-hour tour of Tokyo. Unfortunately we spent a lot of time on the underground to get to the sites that we wanted to visit. My advice is to test with Fumiko early the likely time that you will spend on transport over the course of the day so you do not spend unnecessary time on public transport. Probably do ot need a tour guide to go to the markets. Highly recommend Fumiko.
