The tour started at 9:00 at hotel and ended at 13:20. The day ran to 4 hours and 20 minutes from start to finish.
Over the course of the day the route took in Imperial Palace / in front of Nijubashi Bridge at 9:20, Tsukiji Outer Market at 10:30, Shibuya at 11:30, Meiji Shrine at 12:00 and Harajuku at 13:00.
Title: What's a Rainy-Day Private Tour of Tokyo Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were visitors from North America. They had arrived in Japan a couple of days earlier, and the previous day they had visited Asakusa, Ueno, and Tokyo Skytree.
The tour took place in rain throughout the day, but we began with an explanation of the Tokyo Station building near their hotel. They seemed surprised to learn that the Imperial Palace was located nearby. The concept of Japan's imperial lineage was rather difficult for them to grasp, but as I explained Japanese history—particularly the events from the Edo period to the Meiji Restoration—they seemed to gain a certain level of understanding. Understanding exactly why the imperial line has continued to this day remained challenging for them, but later at Meiji Shrine, when I explained the differences between Buddhism and Shinto and the influence each has had on Japanese culture, they said it made much more sense.
At the Shibuya crossing, where we stopped along the way, the guests appeared to enjoy taking many photographs. They said they had really wanted to visit this spot. Finally, I guided them to Omotesando, where there was a café they had wanted to visit, and we concluded the tour there.

Highly recommend this tour for first time visit to Tokyo. Our guide Atsushi took great care to acclimate us with navigating through busy train stations efficiently with a group of eight family members. Along the way and at each site he explained various cultural practices and associated histories that made the tour very immersive and enjoyable. Atsushi-san was an incredibly well-researched and friendly tour guide. His knowledge allowed us to explore and get to the historical significance of the various locations we visited. His explanations were simple but comprehensive. The six hours flew by and included some off-the-beaten opportunities including coffee at a very austere but memorable location near the fish market. I would highly recommend him as well as this tour for anyone with limited time in Tokyo wanting see as much as possible

Our guide, Atsushi, was great! He met us at our hotel in Hakone and took us clockwise to tour all the sites. He was informative and taught us a lot. Our group was two adults and a 14 year old. We saw Mt Fuji from the rope way, but unfortunately the pirate ship was canceled because of high wind. We would absolutely use Atsushi again for this tour, or any other tour he provides.
