Title: What's a Private Tokyo Day Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on the Imperial Palace and Asakusa

The guests were a group visiting from North America. The tour was initially proposed to include Meiji Shrine and Asakusa, but at the guests' request Meiji Shrine was changed to the Imperial Palace. The guests already had a good amount of knowledge about Japan and asked many insightful questions. Since they requested ramen for lunch, I guided them to a restaurant in Asakusa famous for its ramen and gyoza, and we had lunch together after the tour. It is a very popular restaurant that always has a line and has been featured on television, and it was my first time visiting as well. I found the food reasonably good but not necessarily worth waiting in line for. The guests kindly said it was tasty, though I quietly wondered whether they truly felt that way. The photo shows the Sakuradamon Gate of the Imperial Palace.
