Tour Itinerary
- 13:00 After the guests' lunch, meet up at Shogun Burger in Asakusa.
- Due to the meeting location, Sensoji Temple was guided in reverse route.
- 13:50 At the knife shop the guests had researched in advance, they purchased the knife they were looking for.
- After that, moved by taxi to Omotesando.
- 14:30 Walking from Omotesando along Takeshita Street.
- 15:30 Guided through Meiji Shrine.
- 16:30 Strolling around Harajuku while looking at sneakers and more.
- 17:00 Disbanded at Harajuku
What's a Private Tokyo History and Culture Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests had a strong interest in history and culture, and had watched the drama Shogun, showing great curiosity about the history of the Edo period. At the same time, they were also interested in contemporary culture and were keen on the street fashion of Harajuku. They were very interested in shopping and dining, asked many questions, and our conversations were very lively. One of the guests, who enjoys cooking, purchased a knife they had been looking for and seemed very satisfied. They love traveling, and although this was their first visit to Japan, they greatly enjoyed Senso-ji Temple and Meiji Shrine as well.
