Tour Itinerary in Detail
From there the group visited Kiyosumi Garden at 14:30, Fukagawa Edo Museum at 15:45 and Hotel Metropolitan Ikebukuro at 17:30.
Travel between the sites was by public transport: Ikebukuro to Kiyosumi-Shirakawa by subway (520JPY). Across 1 sections the fare came to 520JPY per person.
The guests requested sightseeing spots with few stairs, so I chose Kiyosumi Garden and the Fukagawa Edo Museum as the destinations.
At Kiyosumi Garden, the guests enjoyed strolling and taking photographs. They were interested in how the scenery changed with each step around the pond, and they also showed interest in the varieties and scents of the trees.
At the Fukagawa Edo Museum, while viewing the small shops and merchant residences of the late Edo period, the guests were interested in the ways of daily life and the uses and meanings of the furnishings. They were also curious about the reasons for having both a Buddhist altar and a Shinto household shrine.

After I came back to Japan, I worked at Osaka EXPO as an interpreter. And then I worked at foreign companies at Osaka and Tokyo. After resignation, I have got the national guiding license.
