What Can You See on a Private Tokyo Tour Before a Cruise Departure? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were visitors from Europe. This was a Tokyo sightseeing tour before boarding a cruise ship departing that evening. The places to visit had been decided in advance through prior discussion.
At Tsukiji, some of the guests enjoyed a wagyu skewer and a strawberry skewer, while others had ice cream. We then headed to the observation deck of the Metropolitan Government Building, but as there was a very long line, we gave up on it. Passing through Omoide Yokocho, at the guests' request we visited Meiji Shrine, which had not originally been on the plan. After that, we went to the Shibuya Crossing, which the guests had been looking forward to. They commented that they were able to get around more flexibly than on the bus tour organized by the cruise ship. I saw them off at the cruise ship, and the tour ended.
