What Is a Private Walking Tour of Tokyo's Asakusa, Tsukiji, and Ginza Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests on this tour were visitors from Europe. Since I had also worked in the advertising industry, we had many things in common and never ran out of topics to talk about. We first visited Asakusa, where I explained the overview of Kaminarimon and took photos of the guests. When asked why everyone wanted to touch the base of the lantern, I explained that it is carved with a dragon, which represents strength and victory, and they were satisfied with the answer. They tried drawing omikuji fortunes, and both received "Dai-kichi" (great blessing), which made them very happy. After that, we moved to Tsukiji, where they were overwhelmed by the number of foreign visitors. I explained that Tsukiji used to do business mainly with Japanese customers, but recently it targets foreign tourists and charges around double the usual prices, which made them laugh. Finally, we strolled around the Kabukiza Theatre and the Ginza area, and I introduced them to a restaurant where they could enjoy wagyu beef at a reasonable price before we parted ways.

Yuji was an amazing guide. He was able to add so much information about all the sites we chose to see. He was very kind and when we were tired he suggested a stop for coffee. It revived us and we kept going.
I would highly recommend Yuji to any one visiting Tokyo.
