Can You Do a Private Day Tour of Tokyo's Imperial Palace, Yanaka, and Tsukiji? A Licensed Guide's Report
I guided guests visiting from Oceania to sightseeing spots in Tokyo of their choice. They had visited Japan several times before and wished to see places they had not yet been to, so we first went to the Imperial Palace. Since they were fond of Japan and wanted to learn about its history, I explained about the Edo period and the emperors. Next, at the request of one of the guests, we strolled from Yanaka to Ueno Park and looked at the old residential houses and shopping streets, which seemed to delight them greatly. Finally, we walked from Ginza to Tsukiji, where I introduced a place for lunch.
