Where Can a Licensed Guide Take You in Tokyo and Ginza? A Private Tour Report
1. Young adults live in a moment, I think. 2. Legislators think their life is guaranteed. They don't care about making elderly facilities or nursery schools near the train station. It's the same here. 3. We live close and help each other in North America. 4. The guests mentioned family members working as professionals in North America. 5. My parents have been married for 70 years. My mother passed away when she was 90, my father passed away when he was 99 and 9 months. 6. We start cruising tomorrow, so leave at 11 o'clock. 7. We don't have priority seats. We have bus marked with wheelchair. 8. Do you have a serious crime? Oh, scam? 9. Oh, that's why you keep left. Opposite in Kyoto? 10. So, you mean those surveys are not factional, our president is not factional. 11. I worked at one company for 23 years and another one for 20 years. 12. So, that's the value of the land used to assess inheritance (in Ginza). 13. They say if you are bald in the front, you are a great thinker.
Note: The guests left their purchases at the Hotel and went out again. We parted ways once the return route had been confirmed.
A notable stop on the tour was Ginza, one of Tokyo's most famous shopping and entertainment districts. Known for its upscale department stores, flagship boutiques, and historic establishments, Ginza has long been regarded as a symbol of refined urban culture in Japan. The district is also famous for having some of the highest land values in the country, which are often referenced when discussing property assessments. Walking through Ginza offers visitors a chance to experience a blend of modern luxury and traditional Japanese retail heritage, with elegant architecture lining its main avenues.

Hideaki was our guide today and he did an outstanding job. We walked in the rain but he did the best to show us as much of Tokyo as possible.

Private guide – a very good experience
We spent a half day with Hideaki Wada, which can be highly recommended. He was on time on the spot, very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and spoke good English. We made a plan, followed it and ended up with a little extra time.

Unforgettable day in Tokyo with Hideaki — incredible with kids
Hideaki was the highlight of our time in Tokyo. We were a group of six — two grandparents and two young kids — and he handled every dynamic with ease. Patient, warm, and endlessly accommodating, he read the energy of the group and adjusted the pace so no one ever felt rushed or left behind. He was especially wonderful with our kids, keeping them engaged and curious all day — from the grandeur of the Imperial Palace, to shopping, to the wonderful craziness of Shinjuku. As a licensed guide his knowledge was deep, but what set him apart was how genuinely kind and thoughtful he was with our whole family. If you want a guide who treats you like family and makes Tokyo come alive for all ages, book Hideaki. Highest possible recommendation — thank you, Hideaki!
