What Is a Private Tokyo Day Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Harajuku, Shibuya, and Asakusa

The guests were a group visiting from Oceania. They had arrived just the day before, but since the time difference was only three hours, they were in good spirits. One of the guests mentioned being a big fan of Hello Kitty character goods, but unfortunately the Sanrio shop on Takeshita Street had not yet opened, so I introduced another Sanrio store. After that, we went to the ticket counter in Shibuya to exchange the Japan Rail Pass, but since they had many day trips planned from Kyoto, it took some time. In Asakusa, one of the guests grew tired, so after visiting the main hall of Senso-ji Temple, we parted ways. They said they had a reservation for the Skytree in the evening, so it seemed they would enjoy a relaxed lunch before heading there.
