Title: What Can You See on a Private Tokyo Day Tour? A Licensed Guide's Report on Tsukiji, Asakusa, and Meiji Shrine
The guests were from Europe, visiting Japan for the first time and planning a two-week stay. They had arrived the previous evening, and this was their second day. They wanted to visit the main sights and learn how to use the trains and subway. At Tsukiji, they thoroughly enjoyed sampling street food, and they had a great time taking many photos at Senso-ji Temple and Meiji Shrine. Since one of the guests was interested in Japanese architecture, I also guided them to the Asakusa Tourist Information Center (designed by Kengo Kuma) and Omotesando Hills (designed by Tadao Ando). It was a slightly hot day, but I believe the guests were able to fully enjoy the tour.

Pleasant Intro to Tokyo
Nobu was an experienced and informative guide. It was a great introduction to Tokyo – a busy and vastly interesting city. We learned about Japanese history and toured some of the major sites including the Imperial gardens, a Buddhist temple, a Shinto shrine, and the bustling Shibuya Crossing. Nobu helped us get familiar with the subway system and explained some of Japanese cuisine. We greatly enjoyed our tour and recommend it to others!
