What Is a Private Walking Tour of Sapporo Like in the Rain? A Licensed Guide's Report

The guests were visitors from Europe. It rained quite heavily all day, but they said walking outdoors was no trouble at all, so the main focus was their requested stroll through Hokkaido Shrine and Maruyama Park. In Maruyama Park, filled with the sound of cicadas, they were very interested in stories about the plants and wildlife. At the shrine, they were able to see a bride in a white kimono heading to a wedding ceremony, allowing me to show them a scene unique to Japan. As they planned to stay in Sapporo for about five days, I shared information about other sightseeing spots and how to access them.
