What Is a Private Cherry Blossom Tour in Otaru from the Cruise Terminal Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
A little before 9:30, the guests arrived at the cruise ship terminal building. The guests came from South America. One of them spoke fluent English, so our conversation went smoothly. We had exchanged emails twice before meeting, and since the guests had requested cherry blossom viewing, the guide had traveled to Otaru the day before to check the blooming conditions and plan the route for the tour. The cherry blossoms they had hoped to see were in full bloom, and they cheered while taking many photos. The weather was also wonderful, and they seemed very satisfied with the views of the townscape and the harbor from the top of the hill.
