Title: What's a Private One-Day Osaka Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Osaka Castle, Shitenno-ji, and Dotonbori
The guests were visitors from Europe who booked through a travel agency. The travel agency provided instructions for the itinerary, and I guided them to Osaka Castle, Shitenno-ji Temple, Kuromon Market, and Dotonbori. Since one of the guests had arrived in Japan two days earlier and was feeling tired due to jet lag and difficulty sleeping, and as the weather was clear and unusually warm for October, we chose shaded areas and took breaks as needed so they could enjoy the sightseeing comfortably. The guests praised Japan, saying, "Japan is wonderful for having learned so much from China and, while being influenced by America after the war, still built its own unique culture," which made me very happy. Since they were scheduled to travel to Tokyo about an hour after the tour ended, I accompanied them by taxi from Dotonbori to their hotel, where we parted ways. A notable stop on the tour was Osaka Castle. Osaka Castle is one of Japan's most famous landmarks, originally built in the late 16th century by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, who played a key role in unifying the country. The castle's striking main tower, surrounded by stone walls and moats, has become a symbol of the city, and the surrounding park is a popular spot for enjoying seasonal scenery throughout the year.

Sachiko was our tour guide and she is one of the best we have had. Not only did she show us Osaka in the rain, she went above and stayed with us 45 minutes past the tour time to make sure she brought us back to our hotel and taught us the trains to take and the restaurants around. We highly appreciate her.

I enjoyed seeing Osaka through Sachiko’s eyes and experience. She showed me what was special about Osaka, answered my numerous questions about life in this city and in Japan. The tour was long enough to see the city and although it rained throughout the day, I had a very nice time. I would recommend Sachiko and TripAdvisor to friends

Sachiko or Choko Ogura is a fantastic guide who not only explained the importance but also the backgrounds and histories in details of the locations we visited.
She is extremely proficient in English but is lovely lady with very helpful and pleasant nature. She guided us about what to do and what not to do.
She is highly recommended and we will be definitely recommending her to our relations and acquaintances.
