What Is a Private Osaka Day Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were a group visiting from North America. They had visited Asia and Hiroshima before coming to Osaka, and were planning to continue to Nara, Kyoto, Hakone, and Tokyo the following day. The rain was only light, which was fortunate, but it was a very hot and humid day. At Osaka Castle, there were no other tourists at the best photo spots, so the guests were able to take many pictures, and I believe they were very pleased. After that, we went to the Umeda Sky Building, but since they had to walk quite a long distance, I think they may have gotten rather tired. We had planned to visit Dotonbori as well, but we ended up parting ways at Umeda.

We spent half a day with Kaeko Tanigawa taking us to Daitoku-ji and Kinkaku-ji temples and Nijo castle in Kyoto. She is very nice, customer-oriented and knowledgeable about Japanese culture and history.

Kaeko Tanigawa was fantastic at helping us create a tour that worked for our family with two young children. It was a very hot day, but the air conditioned van was perfect. We loved making ramen together, feeding monkeys, and seeing a few top sites of Kyoto.

Kaeko was absolutely amazing from start to finish, and my husband and I had the best time with her during our honeymoon in Kyoto in April!
