The guests were a group visiting from Oceania. The booking was made through a travel agency. The night before, heavy rain was forecast for the 9:00 tour start time, so we delayed the start by one hour, but fortunately it only drizzled during the tour. At Osaka Castle, the guests viewed the exhibits attentively and took photos wearing helmets and kimono. In Shinsekai, they took photos with Billiken, enjoyed strawberry candy and ice cream, and it turned into a day full of smiles from start to finish. After the tour, since they wished to purchase kitchen knives, I guided them to Doguyasuji, a shopping street near the hotel, where we parted ways.

Sachiko was our tour guide and she is one of the best we have had. Not only did she show us Osaka in the rain, she went above and stayed with us 45 minutes past the tour time to make sure she brought us back to our hotel and taught us the trains to take and the restaurants around. We highly appreciate her.

I enjoyed seeing Osaka through Sachiko’s eyes and experience. She showed me what was special about Osaka, answered my numerous questions about life in this city and in Japan. The tour was long enough to see the city and although it rained throughout the day, I had a very nice time. I would recommend Sachiko and TripAdvisor to friends

Sachiko or Choko Ogura is a fantastic guide who not only explained the importance but also the backgrounds and histories in details of the locations we visited.
She is extremely proficient in English but is lovely lady with very helpful and pleasant nature. She guided us about what to do and what not to do.
