Title: What Is a Private Osaka Cruise-Port Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Osaka Castle, Dotonbori, and Doguyasuji

The guests were consistently pleasant throughout the tour. They were traveling by cruise, going from Tokyo to Shimizu, Kobe, and Osaka, and planned to continue to Hiroshima and Kyoto. Although they rely on cars in their home region in North America, they said they walk 10,000 to 20,000 steps every day during their tours, and indeed their pace was faster than I expected. Since I did not want to rush them, I kept my explanations to the essentials and let them enjoy the cherry blossoms. They often made jokes, which put me at ease as well. They were surprised that today was the opening ceremony of the Osaka Expo, and seemed intrigued when I connected it with the Osaka Castle Time Capsule Expo '70. One of the guests enjoyed cooking and had hoped to see cooking tools at Kuromon Market, so I shortened our time there and took them to Doguyasuji instead.

What was unfortunate was that I could not take them to a very good place for a light meal in Dotonbori. Part of it was the crowds, but even for a stand-up spot, I should have taken them to a more famous establishment.

This was my first meet at Osaka Port, and I could not find the meeting place, so I was directed to the Port and Harbor Bureau, but normally I believe anyone can meet at the first-floor entrance of the Tempozan Ferry Terminal. First it is necessary to confirm the ship name and whether it is on the Sakishima side or the Tempozan side, but generally the first-floor entrance can be entered without prior permission. (The terminal is only open on days when a ship is in port.)
