The guests were a group visiting Japan for the first time from North America. The tour was originally scheduled to start at 14:30, but because hotel check-in was at 15:00, we received word that the start would be at 15:15. In addition, some of the guests remained at the hotel, so the tour started with the rest of the group.
At Osaka Castle, the guests were impressed by the sheer size of the outer moat, and they were also amazed by the view of the bustling cityscape of Osaka seen from the main tower. In Shinsekai, they took many photos of the Billiken statue, the flashy signboards, the street vendors, and Tsutenkaku Tower. Finally, at Kuromon Market, they bought ingredients, fruits, and sweets before returning to the hotel.

We had a wonderful tour around Osaka. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting information about the places we visited. He was also very friendly and approachable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The length of the tour was just right for us—especially on such a hot day—and we still managed to find time to take some great photos.
