The guests were visitors from North America who arrived at Osaka Port by cruise ship the previous day after coming from Nagoya, and were scheduled to depart for Naha at 5:00 p.m. on the day of the tour. Since I had received information in advance about the places they wanted to visit and the souvenirs they wished to buy, I believe they enjoyed a full and rewarding tour despite the limited time available. After the tour, they planned to spend the time before departure at a hot spring near Osaka Port. The day before, they had experienced the Shinkansen from Osaka to Kyoto, and they seemed to be energetically enjoying special experiences at each port of call. Throughout the tour, the conversation never lagged as we talked about a wide range of topics, making it a very enjoyable tour.

Sachiko was our tour guide and she is one of the best we have had. Not only did she show us Osaka in the rain, she went above and stayed with us 45 minutes past the tour time to make sure she brought us back to our hotel and taught us the trains to take and the restaurants around. We highly appreciate her.

I enjoyed seeing Osaka through Sachiko’s eyes and experience. She showed me what was special about Osaka, answered my numerous questions about life in this city and in Japan. The tour was long enough to see the city and although it rained throughout the day, I had a very nice time. I would recommend Sachiko and TripAdvisor to friends

Sachiko or Choko Ogura is a fantastic guide who not only explained the importance but also the backgrounds and histories in details of the locations we visited.
She is extremely proficient in English but is lovely lady with very helpful and pleasant nature. She guided us about what to do and what not to do.
