Tour Itinerary
- 1. 10:00 Meet @ Nagoya Port Garden Pier
- 2. Move to Nagoya Castle and view the Honmaru Palace and the area around the castle keep
- 3. Move to Tokugawa Garden and view Tokugawa Garden (Japanese garden)
- 4. Move to Oasis 21 and view the rooftop "Spaceship Aqua" of Oasis 21
- 5. Return to Nagoya Castle Garden Pier and disband 14:00
What Is a Private Cherry Blossom Tour of Nagoya Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were able to enjoy cherry blossoms in full bloom under fine weather. A path on the embankment along the southern moat of Nagoya Castle is opened only during the cherry blossom festival, and the guests enjoyed the view of the cherry blossoms spreading out on both sides of that path. By visiting the Honmaru Palace of Nagoya Castle and the Japanese garden of Tokugawaen, the guests enjoyed traditional Japanese beauty, and they also enjoyed the view of the city from the rooftop of Oasis 21 in the center of Nagoya. Although the guests had visited Nagoya many times before while traveling, this was their first time visiting popular spots such as Nagoya Castle, and I believe they liked the calm atmosphere of each site in Nagoya, which is a little different from the sightseeing spots in Tokyo and Kyoto.

I highly recommend Todd! He was extremely knowledgeable and a great English speaker! In addition, he was so helpful even before the tour started. He kept us apprised of the weather, the amount of cash we would need for select spots, etc. He was great and this tour was really wonderful!
