Tour Itinerary
- 1. Meet at 9:00 @ Nagoya Station Shinkansen ticket gate
- 2. Travel by chartered vehicle to Nagoya Castle and view the Honmaru Palace and areas around the castle tower 9:05-10:40
- 3. Lunch @ Yabaton Kin Shachi Yokocho branch 10:40-11:30
- 4. Travel to the Oasis 21 shopping area and view the areas around the Spaceship-Aqua 11:30-12:00
- 5. Travel to the Nagoya Touken Museum – Nagoya Touken World and view the museum 12:00-13:00
- 6. Travel to the Osu shopping area and view Osu Kannon and the Osu shopping street 13:00-13:40
- 7. Travel to Nagoya Station, end the guided tour at the Sakura-dori exit of Nagoya Station, and disband 13:40-14:00
What Can You See on a Private Nagoya Day Tour with a Licensed Guide? A Guide's Report
The guests were a group visiting from Asia. Since one of the guests could not walk very much, a private vehicle was arranged, which allowed smooth transfers between sites. The highlight of the day was the cherry blossoms in full bloom at Nagoya Castle, and the guests were delighted to take many photos against the backdrop of the blossoms. They also viewed the vast collection of swords and armor at the Nagoya Touken World (Sakae Main Building) with great interest. The guests enjoyed shopping at the sword museum shop and at Osu Shopping Street, where they made many purchases. Partway through the tour, due to one of the guests experiencing discomfort, the tour was ended earlier than planned in accordance with the guests' wishes, but the guests enjoyed the tour as a whole.

I highly recommend Todd! He was extremely knowledgeable and a great English speaker! In addition, he was so helpful even before the tour started. He kept us apprised of the weather, the amount of cash we would need for select spots, etc. He was great and this tour was really wonderful!
