Tour Itinerary in Detail
Meeting at Dejima by taxi for the Atomic Bomb Museum at 9:45, the group explored Nagasaki until the tour ended at 13:30. The day ran to 3 hours and 45 minutes from start to finish.
The itinerary covered Hotel by taxi for Dejima at 8:30, Dejima at 8:45, the Atomic Bomb Museum at 10:00, Peace Park at 12:00, the One-Legged Torii at 12:40, Sanno Shrine at 12:50 and Board the route bus in front of Urakami Station at 13:20.

The guests contacted me about their accommodation, which was a hotel, so I went to pick them up in the morning.
At 8:30 we departed from the hotel in two taxis, and we first headed to Dejima. At Dejima, I first had them grasp the overall layout at the miniature model of Dejima, and then guided them to the archaeological museum and the Kapitan's room.
From Dejima, we took a taxi to the Atomic Bomb Museum. At the Atomic Bomb Museum, the guests appeared deeply moved. After the visit, we took a break at the café inside the museum.
From the Atomic Bomb Museum, we walked to Peace Park, passing by the exposed geological strata from the time of the bombing, the hypocenter, and the remains of an air-raid shelter.
Around the time we finished seeing Peace Park, the guests said that since we had largely accomplished the day's goals, they would be fine ending the tour there. However, there was still plenty of time, so I suggested that Sanno Shrine, which has the one-legged torii gate and the atomic-bombed camphor tree, was close by, and we decided to go there.
I asked a taxi that was waiting for customers on the street beside Peace Park to call one more car from the same company, and we headed to the one-legged torii gate in two taxis. On the way, I had them pass in front of Urakami Cathedral.
After seeing the one-legged torii gate and going around Sanno Shrine with its atomic-bombed camphor tree, we walked to near Urakami Station and then took a local bus from in front of the station to the area in front of Nagasaki Station, where the tour ended.

Junichi, our guide, was simply amazing. He traveled for two days to be with us. Using public transportation (which was very cheap), he got us to see the Atomic Museum, the Peace Park, the Grover Gardens, and even got us a reservation for lunch in a Chinatown restaurant (We were ten people). I thoroughly recommend him.

Amazing tour of Nagasaki with Junichi!
We had a wonderful tour with Junichi! I booked this private tour for me and family instead of following the cruise ship group. Junichi took us to so many places and had great knowledge about all of them. Junichi was also able to cater the tour to the places we wanted to see and also recommended some other spots not on our list too! We moved around the city by tram which was a great way to get around. In addition, we made a few stops for bao buns, souvenirs, ice cream, and match. Would highly recommend this private tour to anyone wanting a personalized experience of Nagasaki. It was well worth the money!
