Title: What's a Private Sake Brewery Tour in Nada, Kobe Like? A Licensed Guide's Report

Today's guest was a person visiting Japan from North America. The guest joined the tour alone while the accompanying member of the group attended a separate gathering.

We met at a hotel in the former foreign settlement area, then traveled by train from Sannomiya to Uozaki. [Japan Guide Agency (JGA Inc.)](https://www.j-g-a.org/) guide led this private sake brewery tour through the Nada district of Kobe, visiting Hamafukutsuru Ginjo Kobo, the Sakuramasamune Memorial Museum Sakuraen, the Kikumasamune Sake Brewery Museum, and the Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum. We then returned by train from Sumiyoshi to Sannomiya and ended the tour at the same hotel where we had met.

At many of the sake brewery museums, the guest observed both traditional and modern sake-brewing processes and enjoyed tasting a variety of sake. At the Kikumasamune Sake Brewery Museum, we also visited the Taruzake Meister Factory and the sake cup exhibition hall. Lunch at the Sakuramasamune Memorial Museum Sakuraen was very well received, and the guest was delighted with today's tour.
