Title: What Can You See on a 6-Hour Private Tour from Shimizu Port to Fujinomiya and Asagiri Kogen? A Licensed Guide's Report

On the day of the tour, unfortunately Mount Fuji was not visible at all, but the guests thoroughly enjoyed the scenery at Shiraito Falls and were very satisfied to feel the mist. At Asagiri Food Park, they carefully selected tea at a specialty tea shop, and after enjoying soft-serve ice cream, they took plenty of time to enjoy lunch at a privately run Western-style restaurant. As a result, time ran short, and although we skipped Fujinomiya Sengen Taisha Shrine as originally planned, I believe it was a fully satisfying tour for the guests. Since it takes a little over an hour from Shimizu Port to Asagiri Kogen, I learned that on a 6-hour course with ample time for lunch, it is difficult to also include Fujinomiya Sengen Taisha Shrine as described above. I think satisfaction would increase even further if the guests could decide for themselves, based on their needs, whether to visit many places or to relax and enjoy their meal at a leisurely pace. This private tour was arranged through [Japan Guide Agency (JGA Inc.)](https://www.j-g-a.org/), one of Japan's largest networks of government-licensed, English-speaking private tour guides serving all 47 prefectures.
