What's a Private One-Day Kyoto Tour from Kobe Port Like? A Licensed Guide's Report

Today's guests were visitors from North America. They had traveled all over the world and appeared to be seasoned travelers. They arrived at Kobe Port by cruise ship and came to Kyoto. The weather was fine, and at Kinkaku-ji, the reflection of the Golden Pavilion on the pond was very beautiful. At Nijo Castle, perhaps because it was around midday, we were able to look around at a relaxed pace despite the crowds. I had been worried about how busy the lunch spot, the Yukiya Pontocho main branch, would be, but it was not crowded, so the guests were able to enjoy their meal at a relaxed pace and were very pleased. They were also truly amazed by the thousands of torii gates at Fushimi Inari Taisha. I believe they were able to enjoy the day fully.
