Title: What's a Private One-Day Kyoto Tour Like When the Schedule Gets Mixed Up? A Licensed Guide's Report

The tour date had been confirmed for October, but around 9:30 on a day before the scheduled date, I was surprised to receive an email and phone call from the guest saying they were waiting in the lobby. Each of us had evidence supporting our own understanding. The guest had attached a photo of their Tripadvisor ticket in the receipt section. I had confirmed the correct date based on information from [Japan Guide Agency (JGA Inc.)](https://www.j-g-a.org/), and the email from the travel agency to the guest also listed the same date in the details section. I think it would be a good idea to check why this discrepancy occurred. On that day I had planned to vote in an election and had other errands, but I changed my plans on short notice and drove my private car to the Hotel in Kyoto. Since it was convenient, I drove my private car to the first destination, Fushimi Inari. After that, I guided the guest to each subsequent destination, confirming the next stop as we went, and finally to Nishiki Market. The guest was visiting from Europe, and had come after attending an international business conference held in Tokyo. The guest was very lively, energetic, and walked quickly. Although the start was a bit chaotic, I managed to guide them well, and the guest was very pleased.

I’m Ryoichi Kazuma and my nickname is “Kazz”. I live in Kyotanabe city next to Kyoto city. I want guests to enjoy Kyoto by seeing and experiencing not only from outside but also from inside. I offer various information from daily matters to traditional cultures. Most destinations in Kyoto are located on the eastern side or the western side. As I want to guide guests to as many destinations as possible, I make an efficient itinerary and recommend a taxi use to save time. Additionally, I take pictures at various spots and finally share the link to my storage. By doing so, guests can download their favorite pictures from my storage. Please enjoy Kyoto night and day!
