What Is a Private Kyoto Walking Tour Like in Summer? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests came from Oceania. They had traveled through Tokyo, Hakone, Takayama, Hiroshima, and Kyoto, and planned to spend the remaining two weeks in Nagoya, where they have friends. The guests were both in good spirits, though by the latter half of the trip they were understandably a little worn out by the unusually intense heat. The large lotus flowers at Ogura Pond were in full bloom and looked absolutely beautiful. Although today was a Sunday, the streets in the city were relatively empty because of the heat, and there were fewer people out than usual.
