What Is a Private Walking Tour of Kyoto Like Using Public Transport? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were a group visiting Japan. Anticipating their dietary needs, I had scouted restaurants in advance, but in the end they only enjoyed street food and did not use a restaurant. What they tried were a whole pickled cucumber on a stick, ice cream, and otabe.
Since it was a group, we used public transportation, which allowed us to cover a wide area efficiently. The guests loved taking photos and captured commemorative pictures together at various spots, which made them very happy. Although the walking distance was quite long, everyone in the group did their best to keep walking, and I believe we were able to enjoy the kind of detailed sightseeing that is only possible on foot.
