What's a Rainy Private Day Tour of Kyoto Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Fushimi Inari and Kiyomizu-dera
The guests were a group visiting from Oceania. They were very active, having recently completed a 100-kilometer cycling trip along the Shimanami Kaido in Shikoku. Unfortunately, it rained heavily, so many people were walking with umbrellas, and there were also many school trip students, which made the areas around Fushimi Inari and Kiyomizu-dera extremely crowded and time-consuming. Even so, we eventually walked all the way from Kiyomizu-dera to Karasuma Oike. Along the way, the guests enjoyed a tonkatsu lunch and were very pleased. At the end, they wanted to see a supermarket, so I guided them to a store near Karasuma Oike, and the tour concluded.

Kuni-san was an excellent guide and very friendly and knowledgable. Kuni-san greatly assisted with meeting one of our family member medical needs on the day and was very helpful in supporting us and changing the itinerary and assisting our family member.
I would HIGHLY recommend Kuni-san as a guide and this tour defintely met our needs as a group of 4.
